::WTF (FLASH)::

Trying to recap on Flash again. It's been so long that I haven't touched this program since 2003... until Ernie (ex co-worker) brought his cool flash animation. Ever since then I have been having an itch for Flash. I'm not looking to become the best Flash guru, but I just want to create some short animation reels.

For now this is what I have been working on. This is my first little experiment with flash:

Just playing around with lip syncing. Perhaps this might be a good start. Meh, in the positive side there is lots of good flash tutorials online. So I will continue my journey. Wish me luck 'cause I'm sure I will be needing it. LOL!

Among other things, high levels of cortisol can create cravings for salty and sweet foods. In previous centuries, this enabled people to bulk up on foods that would sustain them during times when food is scarce; however, in modern times and industrialized nations, when food is rarely scarce, this previously adaptive mechanism causes excess weight gain.

So that's the reason I have been starving like a pothead who has smoked 10 joints and thinks he is overdosing so he calls 911 for help but instead he places a order for a large pizza with chocolate clip sprinkles.

It is time to develop a good relationship with food. What would Obama say... ah yes... "IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE". Yeah, changing my lifestyle "not a diet". I have to end this emo-eating. LOL!

Long Time No Effin Update...

Happy New Year 2 All!!!

mmMm... so I haven't updated my blog in such a long time. It has been difficult 'cause I have been busy with work and my personal life. However, I don't think anybody reads this anyway...

What should i type about (don't really feel like typing now)... WORK! AH! yes, I could write about that. Well work has been effin bloody crazy. We have this new person that's driving me nuts. I'm not going to say what company this person comes from but it rhymes with BANG. LOL! It's all about the Bang look. BANG, BANG, BANG!!! SHIT!!! Anyway, hopefully this Bang look will die away. Well I'm going to end it here. Just thinking about it makes me bleeding ill. Have a mint day and remember for all ya gals... drinking three cups of coffee a day will shrink your breast.

Just arrived in Los Angeles and I have to say that I had a bloody awesome Christmas. It’s 6:22 in the morning and I have to work in a few hours… argh! Just three more days and I’ll be heading back. Oh Mexicali… I cannot wait to see you on New Years Eve! I pretty sure I will have a bloody awesome night, once I get skinfull (skinfull - enough alcohol to get drunk). Aye! Feeling bleedin' ill. "cough, cough" I don't have much to blog about. Just that I'm bleedin' floop-a-hoop that Christmas is just around the corner. "sniff, sniff" I just hope that I recover fast from my illness. "cough, cough, sniff, sniff" With all the meds I'm taking, it almost seems like a Pharm Party. LOL!!!

Pharm Party: a media invented term describing get togethers where prescription drugs are exchanged and randomly ingested, in order to become intoxicated.
